Thanks again to our fantastic judges, Lisa Rundle and Sarmishta Subramanian of the Walrus, and Kris Rothstein of Geist. They all agreed that the six finalists were remarkably strong pieces of work, and had a tough time narrowing them down to just three winners.
And thank you again to everyone who entered! There were 24 of you, 18 of whom submitted novellas at the end of the 48 hours. I look forward to seeing you all back for next year's contest.
Book orders are closed. If you ordered a book, it should be in your hot little paws by Christmas time.
September 30, 2004 -- The judges are almost done; we should have the winners announced in the next couple of days.

The winner and runners-up will be announced in about two weeks or so; you can still order books.

Many legal documents, contracts, and letters of constitution signed and marked on an enormous solid oak table overlooking the Charlottetown Harbour; hearty handshaking afterward.
